Unit 2: Waiting area (green): This room is often where
new applicants well wait after thier initial physicals are taken, juice and cookies are offered, large flat screen tv is
in place to occupy the mind.(comfy chairs..tables..magazines)
Unit 3: Paper work room (blue): This appears almost like the entrance
room except a few employees scattered about at desks working (6 in total number) (chairs for others to sit and wait till
called)
Unit 4: Assignment room (red): This is where after all initial
exams and paperwork is completed the new workers are taken here next. This room houses about 6 desks and workers who
will review the documentation from the other rooms and place the new employees in an area they seem will best fit the
interests of the company. (Job titles given, though all new employees must pass through the rest of the rooms before they
can really get
started)
Units 5,6,7,8 (Blue): Living quarters for new employees: ...these
units are sectioned out for living space..3 working bathrooms...living areas for strictly male or female..and coed.
Any
resonable luxury asked for will be provided to the employees at this time to make the transition as comfortable as possible.
(Note the employees are under the watch from cameras and sound devices placed all about the room)
Unit 9: Basic Lab (white): This is the only lab on this floor,
more for look purposes that anything. (Houses 5 scientists, working on minor projects) (typical looking equipment in place
here room more in place to calm any wierd feelings about the company)
Units 10 and 11: Reprogramming Area (yellow): this
is where the new employees are shown the companys quote "Safety Videos" and "Policies". Videos are quite extensive and
take long hours of watching, will take 2-3 days of watching depending on the dedication the new employee shows. (one way glass
wall installed, reinforced)
Unit 12: Observation Room (Brown): This room which is seperated
by the bullet proof and shatter proof glass like material in units 10 and 11. New employees never see this room till
way after they have been with the company no exceptions. Large amounts of equipment are in this room along with around 10
or more scientists making notes on new employees actions and behaviors over the next 2 to 3 days.
Unit 13: Pre training room (Wooden): This room is a normal
looking workout room..top of the line equipment for every man and womas needs is located here..this room is also viewable
by the Observation room..once again a large one way glass(reinforced) takes up one whole wall. (everyone likes to look at
themselves right?)
Unit 14: Holding room (purple): This room wqas built with
just what it name suggests in mind, it was structurly built to hold that which most would think about..2 ft concrete walls
reinforced with steel and then another 2 ft of concrete..no windows..room is empty..except for a strange greenish looking
light on the cieling. New employees see this room after about a week. Time spent here depnds on the behavior recorded
from the scientists over the past few days.
Unit 15: True training room (grey): This training room is
far diffrent than the other training room, this one has far superior equipment well beyond those used for normal workout..with
equipent that far exceeds normal human limits. Also walls are reinforced like the other room unit 14 also there is a large
steel cage in the center of the room by now employees aggression and angst should be high enough that a few quote friendly
one on one sparring matches can be held and is often encouraged
from the speakers built into the walls. (Note that many
a new employee has never made it past this room while others have gone on to bigger and greater jobs)
Unit 16: Secondary Training/Testing room (Black lacquered):
This room is for the full testing of employees in a simulated envionments and situations they may encounter
once they are released into the field. Blood and other samples will be collected from employees along with a series of injections
if the company sees it fit. This room also serves to weed out the weak and the strong by finally pitting the new employees
against each other with a promise of a promotion and a pay raise (by now the angst and aggression should be more than
ample for the employees to take part...those that do not..well you will see who your real friends are) (cameras built
into walls..also reinforced walls like Unit 14)
Unit 17: Release Room (Neon Green) : This room will not
be accessed unless an employee passes through the secondary training room. (some exceptions will be made depending on
the
employee final say comes from management upstairs.) It is this room the employees will fully understand what the company is, this
room houses high amounts of recording and observational equipment used to judge and see if the new employees intent is for
company and only the company. If management is satisfied the newly inducted members will be assigned a test task...given
equipment the company thinks that may assist them in thier task..though sometimes depending on the case the company will
give them nothing except a beeper and explain "that when they recieve a page with 1992 they are to return to the comapany
till thier next assignment is issued." Also upon completion of this part the new employees will be raised to rank 2
and may go into the second floor. (Most achieve this in a week or so but there have been recorded cases where some have taken
months or never pass, and not seen again by the other employees that were with them if any applies)
*Please note the layout for this building is the same for every floor is the
same just the type of rooms change depending on the level. As the levels are needed they will be made. Also all rooms are
connected via a set of hallways and each door to a certain room is color coated. Future room knowledge may not be used
ever only knowledge of the rooms you may use are the ones your character has been in. Also when given your first assignment
you will be issued a key card to regain access if you do not return within one hour of the page time it will be terminated
and you just may become the assignment for another new employee to bring you back...dead..or alive. Problematic employees
are going to happen and it's your choice as a player to play them out if you so choose, but be warned that your characters
are under constant observation and notes are being taken..which could mean many things from disciplanary action (revoking
of certain privilages to far more extreme punishments) or the use of testing on your character. Like I stated before
this is a working business and if a character has enough ties to the business world they may find out who the parent company
for Bantech is if you feel your character might then by all means pm me and we can make a agreed upon roll for such info.
If not any ooc info used will cause the character in question a great many problems including the hunting down and extermination
for such a great threat to the companys image.
